Don't lose weight and release your body fat for good!

 

 

You’re about to be extremely excited or extremely upset by what you read here!

 

Why?

 

Because the truth is that reducing our body fat is so much more than just shedding a few pounds of body fat or watching the numbers on the scale drop as so many people falsely believe.

 

Have you ever noticed that the more you think about needing to "lose weight" the more frustrating it becomes? There are very good reasons why, and as you read on you’ll discover exactly why this happens, how to avoid it and how to reach your ideal weight and body as quickly as possible.

 

Before we get to that let’s take a minute and talk about why most weight loss gadgets, pills and diets fail or only provide short term results.

 

For starters, most products fail because they take an “Outside → In” quick fix approach which can work temporarily like aspirins for a migraine, but almost never create any kind of lasting results because they don’t get to the root of the issue(s) that causes us to be overweight in the first place.

 

Additionally they also don’t provide us with a plan or a system we can integrate into our life to maintain our results long term - assuming the product delivers any results to begin with.

 

The fact is that if you want to remove weeds from your garden then you must get to the roots and eliminate them; otherwise the weeds will just come back a short time later.

 

The same is true if we want permanent body fat reduction – we have to get to the root of the cause and eliminate it, only then can we sustain our results for a lifetime!

 

Not getting to the root of our weight issue is one of the biggest reasons why so many people lose weight only to relapse and gain it all back with even more weight a short time later.

 

How do I know all this?

 

Because I lived it, overcame it and after years of trial and error finally understood it. If you’re interested I’ll tell you more about my own experience shortly, but for the moment let’s focus on you and continue.

 

And just so you know up front, you can hold onto your credit cards because I'm not going to try and sell you on any “new” or “miracle” gadgets, pills or ridiculous diet plans.

 

The fact is that you’re already searching for a solution to reduce your present amount of body fat. Having made that statement I would like to ask you to think about something. If the solution you needed was where you had been looking you already would have found it.

 

Can we agree on that?

 

Good! That means by now you’ve most likely already realized for yourself that almost all of those weight loss pills, potions and gadgets just don’t work.

 

If you haven’t figured this out yet or still believe there is some miracle out there then I’m going to apologize up front because as you continue to read you’re about to have a rude awakening.

 

On top of costing a fortune and risking our health, even having surgery doesn’t always last long term because often times our daily habits cause us to fall back into the same patterns that originally created the problem. And as you can guess, having the same habits eventually yields the same results – weight gain!

 

When we do reduce our body fat, especially if we have large increments to drop, say 50 pounds like I did, we actually make an internal identity shift. As the pounds begin to disappear, we discover that we can do things we couldn’t do previously, and many of the things that were once hard naturally become much easier.

 

I remember after I dropped the first 20 pounds of fat I could actually do one pull up. Sure it may sound insignificant because it was only one pull up, but it was the fact that “I could do it”, whereas previously I struggled just to hold myself up.

 

For me this was an incredible life breakthrough, an achievement that I could never see myself doing before because of how heavy I was. The accomplishment of this one feat was only the beginning of the momentum I was creating, which progressively led me to breaking more and more physical and mental boundaries.

 

Soon after I could do five pull-ups, then ten and even twenty five pull-ups by the time I had shed forty pounds because I was becoming leaner and stronger.

 

Not only that, previously I was only able to do pushups on my knees. My stomach was so heavy that I had to profusely struggle just to keep my back straight, which caused me to have great lower back pain whenever I tried.

 

Then as my body fat began to melt away, to my amazement I could do a few pushups, then a few more and I even worked myself all the up to one hundred pushups at a time.

 

Talk about mind blowing amazement!

 

I’m sure there are people that do this everyday with ease, but for me, at the time this was not only an astronomical physical achievement, but also a mental accomplishment because never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine I would be able to do a hundred pushups.

 

The next big thing I noticed was that I could actually complete a whole mile. In my previous overweight state I would jog about half a lap and then I would walk the rest of the way if I even finished at all. As the weight continued to fall off I found I was able to jog the whole mile and finally I could actually run the mile in less than seven minutes fairly easily.

 

As time went on and my momentum increased things got even better because in addition to just having more energy and athletic ability I also found I could now do other things as well.

 

I was making more friends, having more fun and actually participating in life. In my old identity I would intentionally try to go places or do things without being noticed because I didn't really want anyone to see me.

 

Looking back I now realize that I would try to make myself as small as possible inside to try and compensate for my physical size on the outside.

 

The effect over time was that it damaged my confidence level, my self image and my self esteem. I couldn't see it at the time, but I had made myself a prisoner in my own body and mind.

 

Once I started dropping pounds I found an immense level of personal freedom that I didn’t have before. It was almost as if I was coming to life in a new and exhilarating way, a way I had never experienced before because of my physical weight and the mental limitations that had accompanied it.

 

As this happened I was astounded to see that I was not only ridding myself of excess body fat, but I was also shattering mental chains, barriers and limitations at an accelerated rate.

 

All because I was able to find the courage to take the first steps.

 

The big discovery for me was that letting go of body fat also means letting go of old securities, habits, emotions and identities - which for many people can be difficult if they’ve been a large part of their lives like it was for me.

 

When you drop a significant amount of body fat it actually transforms you, not just on the outside but more importantly on the inside as well. You begin to see yourself as stronger and more capable with more possibilities and fewer limitations.

 

You become a new person and you see yourself as being more powerful.

 

Making this transition is most often the difficult part for many people because it usually means releasing ourselves from old ways of doing things and behaviors we may have grown accustomed to and no longer need. This is another reason many people unconsciously go back to the person they were comfortable being and gain all the weight back.

 

They simply can’t handle being a stronger person and fear their true power or they don’t quite understand the transition phase into the new identity and fall back. This usually happens if they become discouraged by others, run out of steam or stop putting forth effort and lose their momentum.

 

For these people reducing their body fat is kind of like climbing a hill, they start for the top full of enthusiasm - only to slide back again. Then a period of time later they find a reason to reignite their passion, start for the top of the hill once more, and then slide back again.

 

They constantly regress and go back to their old self because they don’t realize they have to make the full transition into their new self to sustain the results they’ve created and continue making more progress.

 

Many times this is because they haven’t really made the decision and the commitment to reach their ideal weight, assuming they even know what their ideal weight is or what their ideal self would look like if they believed they could somehow reach it.

 

If not identified and eliminated this kind of up and down behavior pattern or “Yo-Yo” can last a whole lifetime, and it really is more mental than physical because the transition must first take place in our minds if we are to experience it in our reality.

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

For me accepting and acquiring this new identity was a turning point because a whole new world suddenly opened up to me. A world of previously forbidden excitement and a world of “I can”.

 

Not that this world didn’t already exist because it did, I just couldn’t see it with the mental limitations and warped self image I had created that caused me to think less of myself and not enjoy so many years of my life.

 

As I began to drop body fat an astoundingly exciting thing began to happen, people started paying more attention to me. Partially because they noticed I was getting thinner and partially because I was actually coming out of my shell and showing personality, something I had never allowed myself to do before.

 

For once in my life I was actually giving myself permission to “come out and play”, and I was really starting to get into the game of life instead of just watching from the sidelines like I always had done. On top of that I enjoyed all the new attention I was receiving. Being treated differently and accepted by others was such a wonderfully indescribable and euphoric feeling!

 

Out of the blue, people that had never uttered a word to me were unexpectedly inviting me to parties, asking me to hang out with them and even trying to set me up with dates. Now that was a real shock for me; I didn’t really know how to handle it because dating was something new and something I definitely wasn’t used to.

 

I found myself suddenly immersed in so much new excitement that it rocket fueled my momentum, which allowed me to continue dropping weight even more quickly. Much to my amazement my desire and determination had taken on a life of its own and was growing by leaps and bounds with each day.

 

Although I had only started my fat reduction program on December 15th, by the end of my fourth month, which was April 15th, I had dropped a total of forty pounds and become an entirely new person.

 

I was now seeing the world with new eyes and everything around me seemed to buzz with life, energy and possibility – and the only thing that had changed was me.

 

At that moment I realized this wonderful world was always there, waiting for me to discover it and be a part of it. And at the same time I could see the only thing that ever held me back from this joyous and exhilarating experience was me because of the limited person I had unconsciously allowed myself to become!

 

So what does it take to create lasting results?

 

As you can plainly tell you know they simply cannot come from any pills, potions, or gadgets. It’s impossible to buy miracle solutions because they just don’t exist.

 

The importance of understanding and accepting this fact is crucial because once we realize the truth for ourselves we can stop chasing after the quick fix and get on track to creating lasting and permanent results.

 

If you find this difficult to accept like I did, then you may be in for some difficulties because the markets are flooded with products that are only out for profits.

 

Here’s a fact, every person on the planet has abdominal muscles, but unless your body fat percentage is low enough, like less than 10%, you’ll never be able to see them. So any type of Ab machine that boasts having spectacular abs in any amount of time is simply unrealistic because the fat that covers them up must be burned off before any results will even be visible.

 

The same holds true for most pills and potions. While few may actually work, they only work for a short period of time by suppressing our appetite and reducing our eating, but even those are short term because they’re merely a band aid for the problem and not a real solution.

 

Think about it for a moment, if we’re still the same person with the same identity and the same habits, then pills and potions are just a crutch we’re leaning on. As soon as we stop using them guess what happens – the results will stop and we’ll regress right back to square one.

 

Which is exactly where we don’t want to be anymore!

 

As harsh as that sounds it is true, and you’re better off knowing the truth up front so you don’t waste your precious time or money! If you've had to find out the hard way like I did, you already know how extremely frustrating and discouraging it can be.

 

This type of disappointment can often causes people to give up on themselves and go into an emotional eating binge that leads to even more weight gain. It's a vicious cycle that's easy to fall into if we’re not careful.

 

So what is the truth?

 

Lasting results must start on the inside of us with our thoughts and the development of supporting habits to create a new identity. With that said, exercising and eating in the right way along with proper supplementation does help to speed up the process, but will only cause us to spin our wheels if the transition into a new identity doesn’t take place.

 

Let me explain what I mean, I’ve been going to the gym for years and seen the same people slaving away on the stair stepper or treadmill for hours at a time. Guess what? Most of them still look the same physically and haven’t changed one bit in spite of all the efforts and amount of exercise they do.

 

Why?

 

Because they haven’t made the full transition - not to mention too much exercise is actually counter productive! For a long time I simply couldn’t take control of my body either. My life was like a wildfire with too many areas being in chaos at the same time.

 

As I began to learn how to take control of my life things got easier and I was able to stop all the emotional and inconsistent eating I had been doing because of the stress and pressure I was constantly under.

 

On top of that I finally took responsibility for my body and made the decision to get in the best shape of my life. We all find reasons not to get in shape or reduce our body fat levels to where we would like them to be or know they should be to maintain our health.

 

Unfortunately we can only have a story or results – but never both!

 

I once heard “When you give up on your body and health you give up on your dreams at the same time” and “If you’re not making yourself happy you can’t possibly make others happy”.

 

Are either of these statements true for you because I know they both were for me!

 

Maybe you’ve just been so busy with work or other projects that you put your health on the back burner, causing it to fall off of your list of priorities. This happens to everyone, I know it sure did for me being a business owners and a single parent of a daughter that plays sports.

 

In spite of all our daily activities we must learn to keep our attention on the results we want to create. This means keeping that image in our mind of how we want to look - so we always know where we’re going.

 

If you don’t consciously create ways to keep your focus on the results you want then the image of your ideal self and body will just get lost in the sea of daily responsibilities, activities and commitments.

 

The fact is that you have to make health and reaching your ideal body weight a top priority in your life. I mean you really have to place health in the same priority category with your family. This is true because nothing else is enjoyable or even possible in life without good health, especially taking care of them.

 

Just the thought of making health that high of a priority might make you feel a bit guilty because you know your kids or family should come first. Now I’m not suggesting that you put them on the back burner, only that not prioritizing your health is actually more selfish because you’re not considering what would happen to those around you if your health was ever compromised.

 

And while taking care of yourself doesn’t guarantee perfect health, making efforts to maintain it definitely increases your chances. At the same time you’re also cheating yourself if you don’t have the energy to live and get all the enjoyment and satisfaction you truly deserve in life.

 

You never really know what is possible or what new and exciting experiences are “out there” for you until you begin to take the first steps.

 

Here’s the best part, it doesn’t matter where you start or how far you have to go, it only matters that you make the decision to get started and begin moving forward immediately! You absolutely can get there if you do it the right way!

 

And the only one that can ever stop you - is you.

 

It all starts with you! The inside you, the authentic you, the more powerful you that’s been patiently waiting your whole lifetime for you to give it permission to come out into the world and shine like a superstar.

 

I know that might sound a bit far fetched, but unless you‘ve ever experienced it there’s just no other way to describe the tremendous feeling when you shatter limitations and move into personal freedom for the first time.

 

It’s like finding daylight after roaming around in the dark for years.

 

This is precisely why starting from the outside with any pills, potions or gadgets doesn’t work for too long. But when you become your bigger more powerful self it’s almost as if anything in life becomes possible for you, and believe it or not anything really is possible for you!

 

Just look around, any person that is being, doing or having what you want in your life is a possibility for you as well, even if you can’t quite see it yet. My motto is “If it has been done it can be duplicated!”

 

This means you can duplicate another persons results or do even better than them – if you learn what they know and apply it in your life!

 

So what does it take to start this transformational journey?

 

The first thing you absolutely must have is willingness. You must be willing to reshape your mind, and once you do this your body will automatically begin to follow – it has no choice because the body is the servant to the mind.

 

Need proof? I’ll give it to you.

 

When you’re thirsty and you think about reaching for a glass of water on the table your arm automatically responds by taking the action, it’s a natural process we don't even have to think about.

 

And in the same way your body will respond when you can see it as you desire it to be in your mind – it has to because your mind is the boss giving the commands.

 

Now this may sound near impossible depending on where you’re at presently, but it’s been my experience in life that once you reach a destination in your mind, it’s only a matter of course and the physical reality will inevitably follow – assuming we are taking the appropriate actions.

 

A famous quote by Walt Disney is "Imagination is the only reality that exists." Though not related to reducing our body fat levels, the results he created in this world make his statement hard to discount as Disney currently has annual revenues that just top $36 Billion.

 

What his statement means to people like you and me is that when we can build a vision that is so great and so compelling in our minds and live it there, we can live it here. Remember, our body absolutely must do what we instruct it to do, just like reaching for a glass of water.

 

Am I suggesting it will be effortless?

 

Of course not! What I am saying is that once you have the willingness and take the first steps to get your momentum going – desire and determination naturally and progressively take over. It's like sending a snowball down a hill!

 

That’s why you have to get there in your mind first. And once you can clearly see and accept the vivid image of what you want to become, you won’t settle for less than you want and deserve for too long - it's human nature!

 

If you don’t mind I’d like to pause for a moment and congratulate you for reading this far. I’m just about positive that what you’ve read here is something you almost never hear about because it’s such a different and radical approach to shedding body fat.

 

Nobody wants to tell the truth, probably because they don’t know what the truth is. And if they do they fear it’ll hurt their sales or turn people [and profits] away. Most of them are more concerned with swiping the card, making the sale and finding the next miracle seeker to con.

 

I’m taking a different approach because I only want to work with those that are ready for a real lasting solution. That's exactly why I'm telling it like it really is and giving you my all. I don’t want to put any of my time into miracle seekers because I know they just aren’t ready yet.

 

I’m looking for those who are exceptional and willing to invest in themselves by taking the road less traveled, and by less traveled I mean following through to get lasting results. I can tell you from personal experience that the rewards are more than worth the efforts.

 

As I'm sure you've heard and are aware, the best investments we can ever make are in ourselves, and likewise the most important commitments we can ever make are to ourselves as well because we will always be a part of our own life for as long as we're alive.

On the other hand if you want to continue chasing the miracle solution then you’re probably upset by now and most likely in denial. So before you leave and I never see you again let me just say one more thing. As long as you chase the miracle solution there will always be plenty of people around to take advantage of you and steal your money.

 

They’ll feed you what you want to hear to seduce you and get you to buy their product on an impulse because they know which words trigger emotions and stimulate people’s desire to buy.

The process is quite simple; I'll explain it to you:

 

  1. They first start by giving us enough compelling reasons why a product has the potential to “scientifically” cause 30 pounds of fat loss in 30 days to stimulate our excitement.

 

  1. Then they talk about how we want to look and feel, and how this miracle product can easily and quickly make that happen for us to arouse our emotions.

 

  1. Next they show us plenty of pictures of how we want our body to look as a way to “hit our hot button” and push us over the top so we pull out our credit cards.

 

  1. And finally they help us to justify our purchase with logical reasons as to why it was a good purchase so we feel at ease - even when we know the claims being made were so ridiculous.

 

The psychology marketers employ to stimulate our emotions is so powerful it momentarily blinds us from the truth. And the truth is that what we are doing or not doing on a daily basis 9 times out of 10 is the problem.

 

Think about it, why else would so many people blow their hard earned money on pills or gadgets that claim one could lose all the weight they want or have great abs in a matter of minutes without changing anything they’re doing?

 

It's all an unethical lie that gets people trying, only to end in misery and the feeling of being a failure. Trying shed body fat this way is like trying to drive from San Diego to New York in 24 hours – it's just not going to happen!

 

So once again if you’re still searching for the miracles after all you’ve read then what I'm offering isn't for you and I wish you all the luck in the world.

 

I will tell you that you can take comfort in the fact that I’ll be here to help you when you come to your senses and are looking for a real solution - assuming that ever happens.

 

The real question in my mind is “do you have that kind of time and money to burn?”

 

If at any point while reading this report you’ve felt like I was kind of in your head it’s because I was once in your shoes, so I understand not only what you may be experiencing physically, but mentally as well. I understand the psychology and physiology of being overweight very well because I lived it.

 

You see I was obese from a very young age, which deeply embedded many self limiting beliefs into my psyche during my development. So deep in fact that I’m still uprooting some of them today as an adult even thought my body fat is in the single digits and I’m in such great physical shape now!

 

So what I’m saying is that I understand just how difficult the reality of being overweight can be!

 

If it hasn't been abundantly clear thus far the bottom line is that in order to reduce our body fat we must take decisive action and move forward! And we can never hide from ourselves no matter how good we think our reasons may be.

 

I had been limiting myself and telling myself “I can't do it right now” and “I don’t have time” for so long that I bought into my own excuses and just watched so many good years slip by me.

 

Are you doing the same?

 

If you feel like I’m challenging you it’s because I am. I know you deserve the best in life even if you don’t think so. I’m calling you out because I know deep down inside you crave a better body and desire to be enjoying life more, even if you’re in denial and may be saying you don’t.

 

The fact is that the seed of wanting to have a better body and be thinner has already been planted in your mind - not by me, but by you! You’re looking for the answer to your problem, and if this wasn’t true you wouldn’t be reading this right now.

 

So why not give it a shot?

 

I can assure you that you have absolutely nothing to lose, except body fat! Aside from that whether you commit to reducing your body fat or not the time will pass anyways. In six months you’ll either be saying “I wish I would have” or “I’m glad I did!” It’s your move!

 

What kind of results can you expect to see?

 

When I hit rock bottom I was so sick and tired of being sick and tired that I dropped forty pounds in four months, and as I made the transition into my new identity I dropped another ten for a total of fifty pounds.

 

Was it effortless?

 

Not quite, I had to learn how to eat, exercise and maintain the right mindset to support my new physique and my new weight. It’s not nearly as difficult as it sounds once you have it all down into a system.

 

The magic was not that I took some pill, used some gadget or followed some specific diet. It was that I had first become the new person in my mind, which allowed everything to naturally take place to support my reaching that identity in my physical reality and in my body.

 

Once I made the mental transition it was just a matter of time before I physically became that compelling image. So what I’m saying is that I became so convinced I could be the image of the person in my mind that I could not longer allow myself to remain in the overweight condition I was in at the time.

 

Desire, drive and determination kicked in and I was off to the races!

 

This allowed me to easily follow a realistic eating program while building the desire to exercise. It was the mindset I took on that made everything happen for me so quickly - and once I had it in place my success was inevitable!

 

The best part is that the same can be true for you if you’re willing to take steps forward because my program is designed to "transplant" this mindset into each and every one of my mentoring participants while re-patterning a few areas of their lives so they too can experience all the wonderful and exciting experiences that await them in life.

 

Even if you’re not sure of yourself at this point you can start taking baby steps, and as you do you'll find that taking action automatically creates greater desire and certainty - it's a cycle that is almost self perpetuating when done correctly.

Believe it or not you're more than likely closer to your success than you might think – you just have to give yourself the chance.

 

Here’s another fact, you have to take action because there’s no other way to reach your ideal body and self! We can’t cheat ourselves even if we want to, and when we try we unconsciously find a way to tell on ourselves.

 

The old cliché is “The proof is in the pudding”, and in the case of being overweight; the proof is in the people.

 

It’s almost as if life is set up so we have to dig ourselves out of every hole we fall into. Fortunately reducing our body fat doesn’t have to be impossible when we take the right approach and let time work for us instead of against us.

 

Time will pass anyways whether we use it to our advantage or not!

 

Inch by inch life is a cinch; and yard by yard life is hard! I found out the hard way that trying to pole vault my way to dropping forty pounds didn’t work. It wasn't until I finally took a scientific approach to reducing fat, worked on my habits and started on the inside that I was able to do it in four short months.

 

It was the combination of what I was doing that created the results and not any one particular element. Have you ever heard “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts?” That is definitely the case here and it takes an effective strategy to attack fat from every angle to get lasting results.

 

If you try to cheat yourself by going for the quick fix you’re only setting yourself up to fail, I guarantee you!

 

I’m sure you realize you simply can’t change everything about you overnight and no one should expect you to. Realistically speaking, depending on how serious you are it can happen as quickly as you allow it to. Remember you’re in charge and you call the shots!

 

Are you wondering why I care and want to help you so much?

 

Just like everyone does, I've had more than my share difficulties, challenges, setbacks and failures in my life. There were times when I was on the verge of throwing in the towel, and by some shocking miracle people would somehow show up at the right time to inspire me, encourage me and believe in me to keep me pressing forward.

 

I say it was a "shocking" miracle that people showed up to believe in me because some circumstances had me stuck in ruts so deep and so dark that I felt hopeless and didn't think I'd ever get out. They say the only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth!

 

More recently I had a massive wakeup call when my trucking company fell out from under me and I almost went bankrupt after the 9/11 and dot-com bubble burst. It really had me dangling by a thread and was one of the most painful setbacks in my adult life because I had lost just about everything I had worked so hard for.

 

The good thing about this tragedy was that it really caused me to reevaluate where I was going, what I was doing and where I really desired to be in my life and in my future – something I had never done before.

 

It didn't take long before I figured out that helping people to be in their best shape, create excellent health and find happiness was my life passion and what I've always somehow felt I was born to do.

 

And just like people showed up in my life to believe in me and help me to pull myself out of a rut, now it's my turn to do the same for you.

The old saying is “Give a person a fish and feed them for a day, teach a person to fish and feed them for a lifetime”.

 

Because it makes the most sense, this is exactly what I do in my mentoring program. I teach you step by step how to progressively redirect your focus on acquiring the body you want and becoming the person you desire instead of focusing on the body fat you have to get rid of.

 

Only by redirecting your attention to what you want to become instead of what you’re trying to get away from can you actually get there. The more we focus on what we don’t want the more we of it we get. This is called “The Law of Reverse Action”.

 

Here’s a good classic example, don’t think of a pink elephant. The harder you try not to think of a pink elephant the more difficult it becomes because you have to think of a pink elephant in order to remind yourself not to think of it.

 

This is exactly why thinking about and focusing on "weight loss" and trying to "lose weight" causes us so much frustration. We have to constantly think about the problem we have in order to find the solution - which only creates more frustration.

 

Can you see the cycle and how easy it could be to get caught in it?
